At this year’s Canadian Geotechnical Society – Southern Ontario Section annual CivE graduate student presentation event, Feng Dai (supervised by Kaiwen Xia, CivE) won second place for “A Semi-Circular Bend Technique for Determining Dynamic Fracture Toughness and Fracture Energy of Rocks.”
